I'm an NYC based group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I turned my hobby and passion for fitness into a career when I got certified in group fitness, teaching HIIT and Group Strength classes. Over the course of the pandemic, I taught a weekly zoom HIIT class on my own and with Befit NYC.

Recently, I appeared in an iRobot commercial where I put my fitness skills onscreen as a yoga friend.

​

I'm now a certified personal trainer and currently working clients in NYC, including members of Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan.
